The Role

As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for German-speaking customers.

You will ensure users receive fast, accurate, and high-quality support across all inquiries.

You will be:

  • Providing customer support in German via live chat, email, and phone

  • Assisting users with account issues, promotions, and technical problems

  • Resolving customer inquiries quickly and professionally

  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems

  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience

  • Staying updated with products, tools, and support procedures

Speed matters — but customer satisfaction matters more.

  • Remote (Anywhere)

Requirements

  • Fluent German (mandatory)

  • Good English communication skills

  • Experience in customer service (preferred, especially iGaming)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (a plus)

  • Willingness to relocate to Malta
