We are looking for individuals who can handle live customer interactions, resolve issues efficiently, and provide excellent service in German.
As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for German-speaking customers.
You will ensure users receive fast, accurate, and high-quality support across all inquiries.
You will be:
Providing customer support in German via live chat, email, and phone
Assisting users with account issues, promotions, and technical problems
Resolving customer inquiries quickly and professionally
Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience
Staying updated with products, tools, and support procedures
Speed matters — but customer satisfaction matters more.

Fluent German (mandatory)
Good English communication skills
Experience in customer service (preferred, especially iGaming)
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools (a plus)
Willingness to relocate to Malta
€24,000 – €27,000 per year + performance bonuses
