The Ro

As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact between the company and its users.

You are responsible for resolving issues, guiding users, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will be:

  • Responding to customer requests via live chat in real time

  • Identifying user needs and guiding them through platform features

  • Troubleshooting basic technical and product-related issues

  • Following up to ensure problems are fully resolved

  • Reporting bugs and product issues to internal teams

  • Sharing customer feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

In this role, speed matters — but clarity and accuracy matter more.


Working Conditions

  • Full-time remote position

Preferred Background

  • Previous experience in customer support (required)

  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or similar industries (a plus)
