As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact between the company and its users.
You are responsible for resolving issues, guiding users, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will be:
Responding to customer requests via live chat in real time
Identifying user needs and guiding them through platform features
Troubleshooting basic technical and product-related issues
Following up to ensure problems are fully resolved
Reporting bugs and product issues to internal teams
Sharing customer feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Previous experience in customer support (required)

Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or similar industries (a plus)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
